Lifestyle and Brain Health: What Makes a Difference – and When Choice Has Limits

A live webinar recording from Brain Awareness Week

Brain health is more than just dementia risk – it is about how well we think, regulate emotion, connect with others, adapt to change, and maintain a sense of purpose. In this webinar, Dr Susanne Roehr provides practical information about brain health, from an individual level to broader societal factors.
